- Strong hands-on programming skills in at least one language for test automation.
- Experience establishing QA processes and building test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Solid understanding of test design techniques and risk-based testing.
- Experience testing APIs, backend services, and integrations.
- Ability to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and work with Git.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in evolving projects.
- Clear communication skills to explain quality risks to stakeholders.
