Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of production experience in backend services, data pipelines, or platform infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AI development, including NLP/ML pipelines and OCR techniques.
- Recent experience with Next.js, TypeScript, agentic frameworks, and PostgreSQL or similar databases.
- Experience designing transactional systems with ACID guarantees and reliable event-driven processing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and third-party APIs, including legacy interfaces.
- Background in manufacturing supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with production monitoring and incident response.

Benefits
- Base salary range of $160,000 to $250,000 annually.
