At least 10 years of software development experience, with over 5 years in React and 2 years in a full stack or backend-intensive environment.
Proficient in performance optimization of React applications.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment strategies.
Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.
Comfortable collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
High level of motivation and engagement with a growth mindset.
Bonus: Leadership experience and Next.js expertise preferred.

Develop and enhance the React and NextJS website, building new features and optimizing performance.
Collaborate with backend engineers to design cohesive end-to-end features and ensure smooth integration.
Lead projects from inception to delivery, working closely with Product Managers and engineers.
Write technical design documents and manage Jira cards for task clarity and accountability.
Design and monitor A/B tests to evaluate user behavior and business metrics.
Implement observability for the platform, including alerts and dashboards.
Maintain production stability by investigating and fixing bugs.
Work fully remote in a collaborative culture.
