- Experience leading technical discussions with senior stakeholders in enterprise IT, security, and infrastructure.
- Proven ability to gather and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong track record of creating customer-facing technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Familiarity with enterprise security requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
